Return Policy
Full credit or refund will be cheerfully issued on any regularly stocked items returned within 30 days of delivery, accompanied by the invoice or cash receipt (conditions may apply, consult your local sales representative). The returned merchandise must be in saleable condition, complete with the original packaging and all instruction materials. Special orders cannot be returned. Furniture items are non-refundable, unless damaged. If the item is damaged, an exact replacement will be shipped as soon as available.
Printers and some technology products must be completely re-saleable and returned within 15 days or they are non-returnable. Please note: Warranty calls must be placed with the respective manufacturer. Depending on the type of warranty being provided, the manufacturer will determine the appropriate course of action.
Pricing Policy
We take a great deal of care to ensure that the information on this site is both accurate and current. However prices, descriptions and photography are subject to error. We are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors and reserve the right to correct errors at any time. We cannot compensate nor accept liability for consequences arising from such errors.
Freight Policy
We provide free delivery within local trade areas on most orders over $35; orders under $35 will be subject to a $5.99 shipping charge. Orders outside these local trade areas may take longer to deliver and may result in a separate delivery charge based on weight and delivery distance. Some items such as furniture, may require additional delivery and/or installation charges.
